Dear Church Family,

I want to take a moment midweek to speak to your hearts.

On Sunday, we shared that several members of our staff have experienced a reduction in hours, and that some have chosen to conclude their service with the church as a result. Moments like this can stir many emotions. Grief. Concern. Uncertainty. Gratitude for them. All of those responses are faithful and human.

I am deeply thankful for the staff members who are completing their time among us. Their gifts, care, and dedication have shaped this congregation, and we bless them as they move into what is next. Please hold them in prayer during this transition.

I also want to be clear about what remains steady. Our mission has not changed. Our worship continues. Our children and youth ministry continues. Pastoral care, prayer, and community life remain central to who we are. Your church is here. Your leaders are present. We are walking this path together.

This season calls us to patience, prayer, and trust. Church leadership is actively discerning next steps with care and intention, and we will continue to share updates as clarity emerges.

We will need volunteers who have a heart for the young people of our church to step forward and help our families navigate this pathway. If you are available to help, let Pastor Kristin or Pastor Adriana know.

If you are feeling unsettled or simply need someone to talk or pray with, please reach out. You are not alone in this moment.

Thank you for your faithfulness, your grace with one another, and your continued love for this church.

May God hold us steady and guide us forward.

Grace and peace,

Pastor Kristin and Pastor Adriana
